Who We Are

FuturePathways is the Denver based “life coaching” team of Gail benEzra and Marilyn Winokur. We are transition experts. Using both formal group workshops and individual, personalized coaching sessions, we help people stuck in transitions related to business, personal growth or relationships get unstuck. Our mission is to help people create meaningful lives they are eager to live.


 

Gail benEzra, Principal and Founder
Gail benEzra’s values, beliefs, and passions are evident in both her work and her personal life. By training and life experience Gail is a transition expert. Her creative approach, support and warmth create a safe environment for people to envision new opportunities and outcomes for themselves. Her presentations are lively, energetic, funny and interactive – clients delight in her empathy and humor.

Gail brings a unique breadth of knowledge and experience to FuturePathways, Inc. She has a Masters degree in psychology and special education from the University of Denver. She has raised 11 children, is a motivational speaker for both profit and non-profit organizations, is the author of Mom and Dad Are Divorced But I’m Not (a book on parenting after divorce), was president of her own printing company and is an accomplished oil painter.

 

Marilyn Winokur, Principal and Founder
As former CEO and senior executive for more than twenty years at Micromedex, Inc. (an $80 million international publishing company), Marilyn Winokur excels at creative problem solving. She has a special ability to listen attentively, synthesize complex, often confusing, ideas, and help others create a concrete plan of action. These talents serve her and others well. She has built a life rich in family, friends, work, travel, and celebrations.

Marilyn has always nurtured people, encouraging them to more fully use their innate talents and skills. In her career, she managed a staff of 350 people and successfully mentored managers and other executives. Marilyn earned her MBA in 1994. She has published numerous articles in medical and computer journals and has presented widely to professional organizations.
